Statement of Faith

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. The 66 books of the Old and New Testament are without error and are the final authority for faith and conduct.

2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21

God

We believe in one God who is the Creator and Ruler of all. God exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus was born of a Virgin and is both God and Man. He lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary death, and rose again 3 days later. Jesus ascended into Heaven and now sits at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest until he comes again.

Luke 1:34-35; Philippians 2:5-8

mankind

We believe that all of mankind is created in God’s image. He created two genders, male and female, that cannot be changed. The biblical covenant of marriage can only be between a man and a woman.

Genesis 1:27; Matthew 19: 4-6

Salvation

We believe that everyone falls short of God’s standards through sin. Mankind must repent and believe in the redeeming work of Jesus for Salvation. It is given by grace through faith and cannot be earned.

Romans 3:10; Ephesians 2:8-9

The Church

We believe that the Church is made up from believers around the world whose mission is to make disciples.
